Rachakonda: On 29.08.2021 at 7 pm the complainant Mr. Kandukuri Niranjan Reddy, S/o Late Narayana Reddy, aged 55 years, lodged a petition stating that he is running the business in the name and style of LRR 9 Enterprises at Plot # 3, North Kamala Nagar, Kushaiguda Industrial area. Further, he stated that on the int. night of 28/29.08.2021 unknown offenders gained entered his shop by broke opened the lock of the shutters and window grills and committed theft of Borewell Bits and Tungsten Carbide Buttons all worth rupees 25,00,000/-. Basing on the complaint registered a case was registered and had been taken up for investigation.
On 31.08.2021 at around 5 pm the following offenders were apprehended at Chakripuram crossroads under suspicious circumstances with OMNI Van loaded with Carbide buttons. Mallaram Hari Krishna alias Chinna, S/o Shankar, aged 32 years, and Durgesh, S/o K.R.Eshwar, Aged 37 years.
During the interrogation, they disclosed that both are close associates and Mallaram Hari Krishna alias Chinna is doing Light machine work and Durgesh is a welder. The Mallaram Hari Krishna alias Chinna is working with his brother’s company which is situated in front of the complainant’s company. The Mallaram Hari Krishna alias Chinna is addicted to bad vices and his income is very meager for his family and personnel needs. Mallaram Hari Krishna alias Chinna noticed the Borewell material loading and unloading from the complainant’s company. Mallaram Hari Krishna alias Chinna hatched a plan to commit theft of Borewell items to gain easy money. Mallaram Hari Krishna alias Chinna disclosed the same to his friend A2 who is also in debt and Durgesh is also agreed to commit theft. According to their plan, Mallaram Hari Krishna alias Chinna engaged one Omni Car bearing the number AP 28DE 5964 from his relative. On 28.08.2021 at 10.30 pm the both Mallaram Hari Krishna alias Chinna and Durgesh at Talluri Theatre, Kushaiguda, and Mallaram Hari Krishna alias Chinna A1 was followed by Durgesh’s Passion Plus motorcycle AP 29N 2861. After they reached the complainant’s company where they observed the CCTVs and disconnected the CCTV cables. Later they gained entered the complainant’s shop by broke opened the shutter locks and window grills and committed theft of Borewell bits and Tungsten carbide buttons.
During the confession, the following property all worth Rs.25,00,000/- was seized from their possession and being deposited in the Hon’ble court. (31) Numbers of 6% Size Bore well bits, (10) Numbers of 6 size Bore well bits, (593) Numbers of 16 X 28 Size Tungsten Carbide Buttons, (1920) Numbers of 14 X 22 Size Tungsten Carbide Buttons, (1084) Numbers of 16 X 21 Size Tungsten Carbide Buttons, One Maruti Omni Car bearing number AP 28DE 5964, and One Passion Plus motorcycle bearing number AP 29N 2861
On the instructions of the superior officers, the SHO and DI of Kushaiguda Police Station were formed special teams and nabbed the offenders within a short time and detected the case. The arrested offenders are being produced before the Hon’ble court.

Manmohan, Inspector of Police, Kusahiguda Police Station with his crime team Mr. M. Maan Singh, DSI, and staff Mr.G.Venkat Reddy, HC, Mr. B.Venugopal Rao, PC, Mr. Hari Singh, PC, Mr. Suresh, PC, and Mr. O.Pandu, HG of Kushaiguda Police Station. C.P. Rachakonda appreciated strenuous efforts by all teams.
