Shivpuri: In the midnight of July 23, the State level police control room Dial-100 in Bhopal received a distress call from a caller whose vehicle had broken down near Bhangarh village, under Subhashpura police station in Shivpuri district. The caller, accompanied by women and children, was on a journey from Vidisha to Mathura when their loading vehicle’s tire got punctured.
Feeling stranded and concerned for their safety in the isolated area, the caller sought immediate assistance by dialing 112/100. In response, the Dial-100 staff dispatched the FRV vehicle from the district to provide help. Upon reaching the spot, the police team assisted the family by fixing the punctured tire and ensured their safe continuation of the journey to their destination. The grateful family members expressed their heartfelt thanks to the police staff for their prompt and invaluable assistance.
