Raipur: For the second consecutive night, an extensive surprise operation targeting vehicles and suspicious individuals was conducted across Raipur city and its rural areas. The operation saw full participation from all gazetted officers (GOs) and station in-charges, led by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Santosh Singh, who personally oversaw the efforts on the ground. Starting at 8 pm and stretching into the late hours of the night, the police set up numerous checkpoints at various strategic points throughout the region. These checkpoints were manned by dedicated teams conducting thorough inspections, aiming to enhance public safety and deter criminal activities. The comprehensive operation underscored the commitment of the Raipur police to maintaining law and order, reassuring residents of their ongoing vigilance and proactive measures.
