Rachakonda: The 75th Independence Day celebrations were held across Rachakonda Commissionerate and Mr. Mahesh M. Bhagwat IPS., hoisted the national flag at the Commissioner of Police Office on Sunday at Neredmet.
Speaking on the occasion, CP extended their wishes to the staff and stated that celebrating Independence Day is a pride moment for everyone in the country. CP reminded everyone about the significance of being a responsible citizen. CP opined that internal security is still a bigger challenge to the country. He stated that maintaining Law and Order is the prime responsibility of the Police department, Law and Order play a vital role in the development of the nation, CP added. He directed the staff to work as a team and serve the people better.
Additional CP Mr. G. Sudheer Babu IPS., DCP Mr. P. Yadagiri, DCP Admin Mrs. K. Shilpavali, and other officers were also present in the flag hoisting celebration.
