Bengaluru : On 29 October 2021, Mr.Puneeth Rajkumar died in Bangalore from heart attack at the age of 46. He donated his eyes in accordance with a pledge by his father Late. Rajkumar, that he along with all his family members will donate their eyes after death.Funeral was attended by the Chief Minister of Karnataka Mr.Basavaraj Bommai and other leaders.His funeral was reportedly attended by more than 25 lakh people.He was buried at Sree Kanteerava Studios in Bengaluru.without giving any unpleasant incident the Police have done a tremendous job. More than 20000 police diligently put their efforts for 48 hours continuously until the end of the funeral on 31-10-2021. Bengaluru City Police Commissioner Mr.Kamal Panth IPS had written an appreciation letter to all the Police officials ,thanked and congratulated .
