Krishnagiri: During a routine patrol in the jurisdiction of the Kaveripatnam police station, officers received credible information indicating that an individual was involved in the illicit sale of ganja behind their residence in Krishnagiri. Responding promptly to the tip, the police swiftly organized a raid targeting the suspect.
The operation resulted in the successful apprehension of the accused individual, and a search of the premises led to the discovery and seizure of approximately 50 grams of marijuana. The suspect was then escorted to the police station, where a formal case was filed against them, detailing the charges related to the illegal sale and possession of narcotics.
