Tamil Nadu, Tirunelveli: Vallimuthu (24) from Pottal Nagar, Seevalapperi, Tirunelveli has recorded a video on the social networking site Instagram inciting a dispute between two parties and circulated it on the social networking site. After the police came to know about this, Gangaikondan Circle Police Inspector Velkani registered a case and conducted an investigation and took action to arrest Vallimuthu who released the video and remand him in judicial custody. Tirunelveli District Superintendent of Police, N. Silambarasan, has said that strict action will be taken against those who record and circulate such videos on social networking sites to disturb public peace.
