Mangalore: Two people have been arrested for allegedly shouting Jai Shri Ram slogans and entering the premises of a mosque in Kadaba taluk of Dakshina Kannada district.Police sources said that the accused have been identified as Kirtan of Bilidenele village in Puttur and Sachin of Kaikamba in Mangalore.
The accused on a bike entered the premises of the mosque on Sunday night and shouted slogans. The accused ran away after seeing the maula of the mosque who came out after hearing the announcement.
Sources said that the incident was captured on the CCTV camera installed in the mosque and further investigation is underway.
