Hyderabad: On January 1, 2024, at approximately 10:30 AM, acting on credible information, the Commissioner’s Task Force, South-East Zone team in Hyderabad, in collaboration with the Chaderghat Police Station, successfully apprehended a female drug peddler named Ayesha Firdous alias Firdous. Additionally, four individuals identified as Ayesha Firdous @ Firdous, Qizaruddin Anas, Mohd Affan, Ayaz Khan, and Shabaaz Shareef, who were accomplices in drug-related activities, were also taken into custody. The group was found in possession of contraband, specifically MDMA (Amphetamine) drugs, and a total of 8 grams of MDMA (Amphetamine) were seized.
The Peddler was identified as:
Ayesha Firdous alias Firdous, Daughter of Mohd Majid, Age: 21 years, Occupation: Household, Resident of Hyderabad.
The Abettors were identified as:
Qizaruddin Anas, Son of Qutubuddin, Age: 21 years, Occupation: Student, Resident of Hyderabad; Mohd Affan, Son of Mohd Naveed, Age: 21 years, Occupation: Student (Degree Final Year), Resident of Hyderabad;
Ayaz Khan, Son of Mohd Khaleed Khan, Age: 21 years, Occupation: Student (drop out), Resident of Hyderabad;
Shabaaz Shareef, Son of Jaffar Shareef, Age: 21 years, Occupation: Student (Degree Final year), Resident of Hyderabad.
The Police Seized Loose drug – 08 Grams and 06 Mobile Phones (Total 08 grams of Loose MDMA (Amphetamine) drug) from Ayesha Firdous @ Firdous.
The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Malakpet Division, Hyderabad, reported that on January 1, 2024, at approximately 10:30 AM, the Commissioner’s Task Force, South-East Zone team, in collaboration with Chaderghat Police, apprehended Ayesha Firdous @ Firdous, a female drug peddler found with 8 grams of MDMA (Amphetamine) drugs at Nalgonda X Road within the Chaderghat Police Station limits. During interrogation, she disclosed that she had recently traveled to Mumbai and procured the MDMA drugs for distribution to local students in Saidabad.
The arrests were made under the supervision of Mr. B. Rohit Raj, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, South-East Zone, Ms. Sreebala D, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Task Force, Mr. A.V.R. Narasimha Rao, Additional DCP, Task Force, Mr. G. Shyam Sunder, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mr. Y Prakash Reddy, Inspector of Police, Chaderghat Police Station, Mr. G Sanjeev, Additional Inspector of Police, Chaderghat Police Station, Mr. S. Saidababu, Inspector of Police, South-East Zone Task Force team, Sub-Inspectors Mr. C. Raghavendra Reddy, Mr. M. Anantha Chary, Mr. P. Sairam, Head Constable Mr. Zia-ul-haq, Police Constable Mr. Syed Mohammed Aziz, along with the staff of the South-East Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, and Chaderghat Police Station, Hyderabad.
