Andhra Pradesh, Anantapur: On 29.10.2024, the Anantapur District Police returned 1,309 mobile phones valued at 3.45 crore to their owners during a mobile recovery Mela, with the phones traced through Chatbot services. To date, 10,195 phones worth 18.85 crore have been successfully recovered. DGP Ch. Dwaraka Tirumala Rao, IPS, praised the Anantapur Police for this significant accomplishment.
