But, obviously, how would we know who is fraud and who is customer service personnel?
Apart from these, have the banking messages and emails enabled so you’re updated with all sorts of activities. It is very important to avoid sharing OPTs with anyone. Don’t share OTP with anyone. Get things done only from registered, official providers/stores only.
