Rachakonda: Mr. Prashanth Kumar, General Secretary, and Official Media Spoke Person and Indian Affairs In charge of Australian Telangana Forum (ATF); met Mr. Mahesh M. Bhagwat IPS CP Rachakonda today and handed over a token of appreciation which is a hand-painted Australian aboriginal boomer and a memento in recognition of the dedication, commitment and service to humanity of Rachakonda Police during the COVID-19 Pandemic. He stated the gesture of presenting the memento is on behalf of the Telangana community of Australia to all police personnel of Telangana and specially Rachakonda Police out of deepest gratitude and admiration.
Mr. Prashant stated that he came to know about the splendid work of Rachakonda Police through social media and that they were touched by the care and warmth shown by Rachakonda Police towards humanity at the time of crisis and deeply values the contribution and generosity of Rachakonda Police.
ATF is a non-profit organization established in 2006 to celebrate the Telangana culture, promote harmony, facilitate opportunities for local talent and showcase the diversity & spirit of Telangana culture and tradition in Sydney – Australia.
Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat IPS stated that the fond gesture of the Australian Telangana Forum to recognize and honor Rachakonda Police brings in more motivation and appreciated Mr. Prashant and ATF for all their support and service during the COVID-19 pandemic in Australia as well as Telangana. Mr. Prashant stays in the Dilsukhnagar area of Rachakonda. For the last 18 years, he is in Australia and currently in the IT field.
