Rachakonda: The deceased Mohammed Mushtaq Patel (46) native of Solapur of Maharashtra state, got married to Firzdous Begum (35) 17 Years back, they were blessed with five children. Around 15 years back the deceased migrated to Hyderabad along with his family and residing at Jahangir Nagar, Saidabad, Hyderabad, the deceased Mohammed Mushtaq Patel is a Lorry driver and his wife a vegetable vendor at Indraprasad colony, in Saidabad Police Station limits.
The deceased had suspicion over the wife’s character and illicit relationship with his distant relative Mohammed Hameed Patel (37) for the last 2 years and used to beat and ill-treat his wife Firzdous Begum. Since then, Mohammed Hameed Patel and Firzdous Begum have decided to eliminate him and wait for the opportunity. According to their plan, Mohammed Hameed Patel and Firzdous Begum have watched and closely monitored the movements of the deceased for 2 years. One month back, September 2021 Mohammed Hameed Patel took the deceased in his Auto to Katedan locality and made him consume alcohol, then he tried to eliminate him, but did not succeed, as he was not fully under the influence of alcohol.
Mohammed Hameed Patel went to the deceased residence at Jakir Hussain colony. Saidabad and invited him for a drink and the deceased agreed, later both went to Firzdous Begum’s vegetable shop at Akbarbagh with two liquor bottles in the deceased Maruthi 800 vehicle and they have consumed alcohol there Mohammed Hameed Patel made the deceased drink alcohol until he became unconscious,
During this time the deceased is fully intoxicated and they took him to an isolated place in the said Car to Batasingaram road Abdullapurmet Police Station limits via LB Nagar – Vanasthalipuram. After reaching Batasingaram they have stopped the vehicle by roadside and all the accused got down from the vehicle and Firzdous Begum caught hold of the deceased legs, while Syed Nayab hit the deceased with the rod on his head and Mohammed Hameed Patel slit the throat of the deceased with the knife and killed him in the car itself. Later they brought the dead body along with the vehicle Maruthi 800 towards Hayathnagar and left the vehicle on the road and all the three accused have escaped.
Mohammed Hameed Patel and Firzdous Begum, wife of the deceased are classmates unto 7th class at their native village Frozbadh, Gulbarga, Karnataka state, and again he established illegal contacts with Firzdous Begum. And Syed Nayab is a worker under Firzdous Begum who assists in selling vegetables. The deceased and Mohammed Hameed Patel are distant relatives, deceased mother’s aunt son.
A case was registered at Hayath Nagar Police station, Rachakonda. Based on the technical and human intelligence all the three accused are arrested today i.e., 25.10.2021 at 4 pm, and after due interrogation affected their arrest. The Police seized Maruthi 800 Car (white and black color), One Cell phone of A-3 Syed Nayab, One Iron pipe length about 2 Feet, and one knife with a wooden handle length of about 16 inches.
The arrests of accused persons were made under the supervision and directions of Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, Mr. Sunpreet Singh IPS, DCP LB Nagar Zone, and under the directions of Mr. K.Purushotham Reddy, Asst. Commissioner of Police, Vanasthalipuram Division, with coordination of Mr. M.Sridhar Reddy, I/C IT team, by Mr. M. Surendar, Inspector, Mr. R. Niranjan, D.I. Mr. D. Srinivas, SIP along with his team.
