Karnataka, Mysore: Yesterday, police stations across Mysore district organized “Ekta Ota” as part of National Unity Day celebrations. The event aims to promote cohesion, unity and a sense of national pride within the community. Officials and members of the public participated in the run, strengthening the spirit of unity and commemorating the values of unity and strength. The event underscored the commitment of the Mysore Police to foster harmony and cooperation among citizens, a memorable tribute to the National Unity Day.
October 31 “National Unity Day” was celebrated in the premises of South Zone Office and District Police Office on the occasion of Shri Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth anniversary. In the program Hon’ble District Superintendent of Police Shri Vishnuvardhana IPS started the Ekta Run by preaching the Pledge of Allegiance and prizes were distributed to the winners of the run.
