Mysuru, Karnataka: As part of Road Safety Month observances, the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) of Mysuru Traffic Sub-Division interacted with students of J.S.S. Public School today and conducted an awareness programme on road safety.
During the interaction, the ACP educated students on the importance of road safety, the need for strict adherence to traffic rules, and responsible behaviour while using public roads. He also explained how modern technologies such as the Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS) and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) are being effectively used to enhance traffic safety and ensure better compliance.
The initiative reflects the Mysuru Traffic Police’s proactive efforts to instill road safety awareness among young citizens.
