Nalgonda : The Telangana State Government’s ambitious Kanti Velugu – 2 medical camp program was inaugurated today at the district police office by the district SP Mrs. K. Apoorva Rao IPS. Speaking on the occasion, she said that the Telangana state government is conducting free eye tests across the state for the police officers, staff and family members and they should take advantage of this opportunity. She said that everyone above 18 years of age should undergo the tests. She said that all the staff will conduct eye examinations and those who need glasses will be given immediate operation. She said that as the police officers and staff are working in different departments, it is not possible to conduct examinations for all on the same day, so this medical camp will be continued until all the eye examinations are completed.
