In view of the National Mega lok-adalat, today i.e., on 05.01.2022 Pre lok-adalat was held at Survi Babaiah Function Hall, Rampally of Keesara mandal under the supervision of Mandal Legal Services Committee, Malkajgiri for the settlements of e-Petty cases booked under the jurisdiction of Hon’ble Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, I Addl. Junior Civil Judge Court and II Addl. Junior Civil Judge Court at Malkajgiri comprising the Kushaiguda. Malkajgiri. Keesara and Neredmet | & o PSs, as well as Kushaiguda & Malkajgiri Traffic PSs of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate.

Sri Mahesh Muralidhar Bhagwat. IPS. Commissioner of Police Rachakonda, Rakshitha K Murthy, IPS. DCP Malkajgiri Zone, S.Rashmi Perumal, IPS, ACP Kushaiguda Division. Smt K.Pooja, Hon’ble Principal Junior Civil Judge at Malkajgiri and Sri Dilip Kumar Naik, Hon’ble Addl.. Junior Civil Judge at Malkajgiri have attended and personally monitored this programme.

During this Pre Lok-Adalat, the respondents concerned attended and got cleared off their cases by paying fine imposed on them by the Legal Services Committee for the offences of drunken driving, drinking in public place, public nuisance and for the violation of National Disaster Management act during the lockdown period of Pandemic Corona virus. The following are the details of e-Petty cases disposed off during the Pre Lok-Adalat.

Number of cases disposed 5614. The dignitaries have advised the public to be aware about the rules of the competent authorities implement for the time being, follow the guidelines scrupulously without committing any violations. Further, the Mandal Legal Services Committee also advised the clientage to utilize such Pre Lok-Adalaths properly so as to avoid any further complications.
