North Goa: The North Goa SP Mr. Utkrisht Prasoon, IPS said when a mobile phone is stolen or lost most people have little hope of getting their phones back. The North Goa SP is trying to change that. The SP said in a new drive we have recovered 13 lost or stolen phones in the last fortnight and returned them to their owners.
