Odisha, Nuapada: Based on intelligence inputs, the Superintendent of Police, Nuapada, initiated an Anti-Naxal Operation on October 30, 2024, deploying SOG teams. This led to the discovery of a Naxal camp near Bhainsamundi under the jurisdiction of the Boden Police Station. During the operation, authorities recovered 500 electric detonators, five reels of safety fuse, five improvised IED switches, two decomposed SBGL rounds, one decomposed gelatin stick, and various Naxalite literature. The combing operation is ongoing.
