Cuttack: Mr. Abhay, Director General of Police of Odisha held a meeting with Range Inspector’s General of Police/Deputy Inspector’s General of Police, Deputy Commissioner of Police and District Superintends of Police through Video Conferencing at the State Police Headquarters, Cuttack and discussed thoroughly about several important and urgent issues of State Police.
The following issues and items were reviewed and discussed thereby. The Supply and stocking of uniform articles, The action to be taken on Rasta Roko issues and law & order, The timely monitoring of disciplinary proceedings, The problems and challenges in CCTNS, Reduction of pendency in investigation, The Special Medical Camp for cancer detection among women officers on International women’s day on 8th March 2020; The submission of nomination for promotion of ASI to DCSI, The submission of nomination for cash Award and DGP’s Disc, The nomination for Internal Security Medal, Taking charge of Building from Odisha Police Housing & Welfare Corporation and the timely selection of land for building projects.
