Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Traffic Police said Foreigners can now renew their driving license without returning home. The Department of Motor Vehicles has introduced a system for online submission of applications and documents as it is difficult to produce Form 1A (Medical Certificate) and Visual Examination Certificate.
