Dehradun: “Operation Maryada” campaign is being run by Uttarakhand Police from today to maintain the dignity of pilgrimage places and cleanliness at tourist places. Tourists are expected to respect the sanctity of the religious places and the rich culture of the state. They are also expected to help in maintaining the cleanliness of such places.
There is an appeal to the general public stating that if any person does such an act, then immediately call on Dial 112 and inform the police.
