Security forces carried out extensive search operations in the peripheral and susceptible regions of Imphal-West, Imphal East, Bishnupur, and Thoubal districts. These operations resulted in the successful recovery of three firearms and fifty-two units of ammunition.
Moreover, a comprehensive network comprising a total of 125 checkpoints and nakas was established across various districts of Manipur, encompassing both its hilly terrain and its valleys. As part of this proactive security strategy, the police force took into custody a total of 1101 individuals in connection with violations that occurred across different districts of the state.
