<![CDATA[International drug syndicate busted, four persons arrested by the police on Monday. The police said that they have seized ‘party drugs’ worth Rs. 30 crore from the accused. The DCP (Special Cell) Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Yadav said the accused have been identified as Praveen Saini aged 32, the drug cartel chief in India; others include Ashish aged 29, Asim Ali aged 23, and Rajender 26. The Delhi Police received an information regarding a drug cartel run by 2 London residents namely Baljeet Singh alias Balli and Gajender Singh Rathore alias Gajju. The two men allegedly supply high quality tablets in The United Kingdom, The United States, The United Arab Emirates and Middle East countries. The Indian arm of the cartel is allegedly headed by Praveen, who is a resident of Faridabad and operated in Delhi. The police arrested Ashish and Asim from the area allotted for parking at IGI Airport on May 18. The DCP said that the suspect Ashish is a Customs house agent at the Customs cargo of the airport. He is a man who has several contacts among people manning X-ray machines. His job in the airport was to prepare clearance documents. The cartons that was found had 3.5 lakh tablets of diazepam, lorazepam, and nitrazepam.]]>
