Hyderabad: The Hyderabad City Police introduced KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS(KPI) in the year 2016. The system of Recognition and Reward of staff at every level with outstanding/very good performance on a monthly basis in various wings such as 17 functional verticals in Law & Order Police Stations, CCS, DD, Hyderabad, Special Branch, Traffic Branch, Task Force, CAR Head Quarters, CPL Amberpet, City Security Wing, IT Cell, Head Office Staff, Communication, Main & Zonal PCRs, SHE Team and Bharosa Support Centre to assess the performance of each vertical depending upon the nature of the work and to bring professionalism at the cutting edge level by ensuring specialization of manpower under each vertical.
In view of recognition and Reward of meritorious work done by Police Personnel of Law & Order and other wings the following Police Officers and Men at Commissionerate Level were awarded appreciations and were also suitably rewarded by Mr. Anjani Kumar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City for their best performance (Vertical Wise) in their field of work for the months of March, April and, May 2021 at CAR Headquarters, Petlaburj, Hyderabad. In this program Mrs. Shikha Goel, IPS, Addl. CP, Crimes & SIT, Hyderabad, Mr. D. S.Chauhan, IPS, Addl. CP (Law & Order) Hyderabad, Mr. Avinash Mohanty, IPS, Jt. CP, DD, Hyderabad, and Mr. M. Bapu Rao, DCP, Admin, CAR Headquarters, Hyderabad attended.
