Andhra Pradesh, Srikakulam: The Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) program is conducted on 3.12.2024 across all police stations & District Police Offices Statewide. Citizens are given the opportunity to present their grievances directly to the district SSP, either in person or virtually. Grievances related to money matters, land disputes, domestic issues, chit fund scams, women issues, job scams, and cyber frauds are being addressed with empathy and diligence. The District SSP ensures grievances are assigned to the appropriate officers for prompt action as per the law. AP Police is committed to deliver exceptional service & resolving public concerns through this initiative, reflecting the mandate of GoAP & the vision of Hon’ble Chief Minister.
