SRINAGAR: In the early morning of Monday, Police have apprehended two youths for allegedly involving in barbaric action of killing the driver of the vehicle in South Kashmir. The name of the deceased is identified as Noor Mohammed Dar. Police said that the nasty incident took place in the district of Anantnag when the driver of a truck was heading toward his destined location. It is said that the miscreant mistakenly presumed that it was the vehicle of security force and deliberately hurled stones at him. The thrown stones caused severe injury to his head and damaged windscreen of the vehicle. Following which the driver was hurried to a nearby district hospital, later he was referred to Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences at Soura in the outskirts of Srinagar where he was declared brought dead. Police have caught six others for the interrogation in connection with the incident at Zradipora in Uranhall locality of Bijbehara area in Anantnag district. The arrested duo have been questioned to confirm the reason behind their criminal action. However, police found that the duo had no criminal record.]]>
