<![CDATA[The police arrest the prime suspect on Monday who murdered a pregnant woman, whose cut body parts were found stuffed in two gunny bags near the Botanical Garden in Kondapur on January 30. Police said they will disclose more details of the case at a media conference on Tuesday. A top police officer of Cyberabad told that the prime suspect, Amarkanth Jha, a bartender in Gachibowli, was arrested in Banka district in Bihar. His parents Mamatha Jha and Anil Jha, along with a seven-year-old boy who is suspected to be the son of Vikas who is presently absconding were detained on Saturday night. They are residents of Siddique Nagar. Police confirmed that the eight-month pregnant woman, suspected to be the wife of Vikas, was murdered on January 28 at Jha’s house in Siddique Nagar, and dumped near the Botanical Garden in the wee hours of January 29. However, the body was recovered only on January 30, when passers-by alerted police as the bags emitted foul smell due to the decomposing body parts, the police told. After analyzing surveillance footage, the police found that two persons, including a woman on a motor cycle, halted near the spot from where the body was recovered, for eight seconds, and then moved towards Sriramnagar Colony. Suspicious of the movement the police tracked the vehicle and traced the culprit. The police on Sunday launched a massive manhunt for the suspect in the Anjaiah Nagar and Siddique Nagar and nabbed Mamatha, Anil and the seven-year-old boy. Police said that Mamatha set up a pani puri cart along with Vikas, whom the boy addresses as father. Police said that they are making efforts to ascertain the identity of the dead woman. The bike used for the crime is owned by Sidhartha Bardhan, manager of a bar where Amarkanth worked. Meanwhile, the Cyberabad Commissioner of Police, Mr. Sandeep Shandilya, attached a constable of Gachibowli police station to the headquarters, for leaking information to the media, said a senior police officer.]]>
