During investigation, it was found that Kaushar was released from jail a month ago. The victims are associated with Mohammed Gauri gang, the police said, adding that both these gangs often fight with each other to establish supremacy in the area. The police said following a confidential piece of information, Kaushar was arrested from Vipin Garden.
