A 34-year-old man has been arrested for extorting money from various builders and property dealers in Uttam Nagar, the police told on Saturday. The accused, Paramjeet alias Vikas, was planning to scare builders and property dealers by firing at their offices on the instructions of jailed gang leader Pradeep Solanki, they added. A pistol with three live cartridges was seized from Paramjeet.
