CHENNAI: Chennai Police detained activists here in Chennai for blocking traffic in support of Tamil Nadu farmers by locking the flyover with iron chains on the busy Kathipara flyover for nearly 3 kilometres on the arterial roads at Guindy this morning. The protest was to show solidarity with the farmers who protested in New Delhi over several demands.
