Tirupur: Early this morning, police raided lodges and hostels in Tirupur city. A total of 120 officers, divided into 10 teams, conducted the operation, seizing 20 grams of ganja and one kilogram of gutka. The raid was prompted by complaints about the sale of narcotics and the presence of Bangladeshis without proper permits.
