From October 22 to December 22, the state of Gujarat has witnessed the detection of 536 cases through the VISWAS Project’s CCTV cameras. This project aims to enhance public safety and security by leveraging advanced technology to monitor and detect criminal activities in real-time. The system relies on a network of high-resolution cameras placed strategically across various locations throughout the state.
The Gujarat State Police Chief, Mr. Vikas Sahay, expressed his appreciation for the remarkable work done by ‘Netram’ of the district in the categories of ‘Search’ and ‘Road Security.’ The district’s ‘Netram’ demonstrated exceptional skills in utilizing the VISWAS Project’s CCTV camera network to locate and track suspects, and prevent criminal activities on the roads.
