Gujarat, Ahmedabad: Police Commissioner Mr. J.S. Maliknao today visited the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) located in Paldi, operated under the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation’s Hastak initiative.
During the visit, Mr. Maliknao held a detailed discussion with the Municipal Commissioner and his team regarding the functioning of the city’s surveillance and traffic monitoring systems, developed under the Safe and Secure Amdavad (SASA) project. The discussions focused on the integration of these systems with the police control room and the implementation of the e-challan system.
Key topics also included improvements in the traffic signal network and coordination through innovative technologies. The visit highlighted efforts to further strengthen the city police’s preparedness and capabilities in ensuring public safety.
