Wayanad, Kerala: As part of enhancing wellness and efficiency among police personnel, the Wayanad Police, in collaboration with the Indian Homeopathic Medical Association, conducted a stress management program titled “Prerana 2025.”
The training session, held on Thursday (20.11.2025) at the Kalpetta Police Station Conference Hall, saw the participation of around 60 officers from various stations and units across the district.
The program was inaugurated by Wayanad Additional SP N.R. Jayaraj, who highlighted the importance of mental well-being for police personnel working under high-pressure environments.
Expert sessions were led by homeopathic physician Dr. Reshma Bikul, medical officer Dr. Praveen Kumar, Dr. Rathu N. Ravi, and others, focusing on practical stress-relief techniques and methods to improve overall mental resilience.
This initiative reflects the Wayanad Police’s commitment to strengthening officer wellness and promoting a healthy work environment.
