In this connection, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Ministry of Road Transport & Highways have issued the notification and guidelines relating to protection of Good Samaritans. The notification and guidelines are available in the A&N Police website i.e. www.police.andaman.gov.in. The A & N Traffic Police is requesting general public to visit the above website to know about the guidelines of Good Samaritans and to help the road accident victims without any fear of harassment and help in saving precious life.]]>
