Kerala, Pathanamthitta: The final events of this year’s Police Sports Festival, held across various locations in the district, took place at the Koduman Panchayat Stadium. Thiruvananthapuram Range DIG Ajita Begum received the salute during the morning’s march-past ceremony and inaugurated the final day’s competitions. District Police Chief VG Vinod Kumar attended as the chief guest. The AR Camp’s march-past was led by Assistant Commandant R Chandrasekaran, with the camp’s police officers leading the procession, followed by the DHQ, sub-divisions, and telecommunications platoons. Additional SP RB Binu, District Special Branch DYSP G Sunil Kumar, Narcotics Cell DYSP J Umesh Kumar, District Crime Branch DYSP KA Vidyadharan, and Sub Divisional Police Officers S Ashad, R Jayaraj, T Rajapan, G Santoshkumar, and others were present. The competitions concluded in the evening with prize distributions to the winners.
