Balodabazar: Police Station Kotwali got a theft complaint. On receiving the complaint a case was registered and the investigation into the theft case was initiated. The case was received by the senior police officers and under the guidance of senior police officials, the accused of Crime No. 792/20 under Section 379,411,34 Bhadvi of Police Station Kotwali Balodabazar 01. Anesh Kurre, son of Ram Prasad age 25 years, Bhaisapasra Balodabazar, 02. Ashwani son of Amardas age 29 years, Dasharama Road Balodabazar.
A brief account of the case is as follows: An unknown thief had stolen the motorcycle bearing registration number CG 22 H 0466 which was parked in front of the house on the night of 12-13.11.2020 and the crime was registered on the report and the address of the accused was being searched. During inquiry based on doubt, the police came to know that Ashwani Bandhe, along with his partner Faiz Sekh, had stolen the said motorcycle and kept it hidden with accused Anesh Kurre, which has been recovered and seized by the police. Accused Faiz Sekh is absconding and the two accused were arrested and sent to jail on judicial remand.
