Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand: Under the ongoing “Operation Bhal Chhau”, the Kanali Chhina Police continued their welfare outreach for senior citizens. Station House Officer Mr. Praveen Singh, along with Additional Sub-Inspector Rajendra Kumar and the police team, visited Satgarh village in Pithoragarh district today to personally interact with elderly residents.
During the visit, officers inquired about the health, well-being, and daily needs of senior citizens and also collected their suggestions and concerns. The team assured the residents that the police department is committed to resolving their issues promptly.
As part of the awareness drive, Additional Sub-Inspector Rajendra Kumar provided detailed guidance on cyber safety, explaining common online frauds and precautions to ensure that senior citizens do not fall victim to scams and lose their hard-earned money.
The initiative reflects the police department’s commitment to protecting vulnerable sections of society, ensuring safety, confidence, and continuous support to senior citizens.
