Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada: Police Commissioner S.V. Rajasekhara Babu, IPS, personally addressed 21 complaints during the “Police Welfare Day” program.
In line with the directive of Honorable Andhra Pradesh State DGP, Sri C.H. Dwarakathirumala Rao, IPS, the “Police Welfare Day” is conducted every Friday at the Police Commissioner’s office to address the welfare concerns of police personnel. On 06.12.2024, the program was held under the leadership of Commissioner S.V. Rajasekhara Babu, IPS, at the Commissioner’s office.
During the event, the Commissioner personally interacted with police personnel regarding the 21 complaints received, which were primarily related to transfers and service matters. He directed the concerned staff to ensure their prompt resolution.
On this occasion, the Commissioner highlighted that the Friday Police Welfare Day program is dedicated to addressing the grievances of police personnel. He encouraged all personnel in need to make full use of this initiative, aimed at improving their welfare and addressing their concerns.
