<![CDATA[Police have achieved a breakthrough in the sensational murder of a pregnant woman – whose cut body parts were found near the Botanical Garden in Kondapur on January 30 – with crucial CCTV footage pointing to the involvement of two persons, including a woman. The latest footage examined by the police shows a motorcycle-borne youth with a woman riding pillion allegedly carrying gunny bags near Masjid Banda road during wee hours of January 29, the day two bags stuffed with dismembered parts of the woman were dumped near Botanical garden. After the first hint, police officers examined the video footage of the surveillance camera of previous days and reportedly tracked the movement of the bike used in the offense. The vehicle was last traced near Khajaguda after which the footage were not available. Based on the available clues, the police have stepped up the investigation to the nab the culprit. The Police said the bike without a front mud guard was suspected to have been used for the offence. At 3.42 a.m., the suspects dumped the bags near Botanical garden. At 3.48 a.m., the bike was spotted on Masjid Banda Road before they rode on to Gachibowli flyover. The investigators suspect they turned right at Khajaguda junction and disappeared from camera view. The police on Sunday launched a massive manhunt for the suspect in the adjoining areas of Botanical Garden, including Anjaiah Nagar and Siddique Nagar, in the hope of apprehending him, but it proved futile. “During the search operation, over 200 cops interacted with around 500 people and surprisingly, no one identified the victim or the culprit.
