<![CDATA[The Preventive Detention Act was used by the City Police Commissioner Mr. Anjani Kumar on a thief namely Baba Ismail Khan Pathan on Tuesday. According to police Mr. Pathan is involved in property theft cases. He commits the crime after diverting the attention of his victims, who normally travel in auto-rickshaws. He pretends as though he is adjusting the seats of the auto-rickshaws after which he used to commit the offence. According to the Police Mr. Pathan has committed 20 such offences in the limits of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate. He is currently lodged in Central Prison at Chanchalguda]]>
