Rachakonda: Commissioner of Police Rachakonda Mr. Mahesh M. Bhagwat IPS today participated in Pureathon a 2k/5k run; walk organized by Shyla Talluri of PURE NGO to create awareness on mensuration/ periods time. CP has appealed citizens to install sanitary pad vending machines and incinerator at work place, girls/women hostels, and public toilets for women. CP has appreciated initiative of PURE. RTC MD Mr. V C Sajjanar, DCP Madhapur Ms. Shilpavali, Singer Ms. Gita Madhuri, Actor Mr. Satyadev, International Gymnast Ms. Aruna Reddy, Director Mr. Meher Ramesh & Kalwakurthy ZPTC Mr. Bharat participated in the event. More than 3 thousands men, women and children participated in run/walk.
