Telangana, Rachakonda: Today, Rachakonda CP distributed security cheques to the families of Assistant Reserve Sub-Inspector Srinivasulu, who passed away due to illness while serving at the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri Armed Police Headquarters under the Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, and Ramannapet Head Constable Gnanasyamsunder Rao, who died in a road accident. The distribution took place at the office in Nered Met. Srinivasulu’s wife, Sunitha, received a cheque for Rs.7, 94,120, while Gnanasyamsunder Rao’s wife, Jyoti, received a cheque for Rs.15, 94,960. CP Garu, in consideration of their welfare, instructed the ministerial staff to ensure prompt payment of their pending pensions. He assured that officers and staff who have dedicated many years to the police department would be supported in such tragic situations. Gnanasyamsunder Rao, a Head Constable at Ramannapet Police Station, tragically died in a road accident on June 19, 2024, while Srinivasulu, a Reserve Assistant Sub-Inspector at the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri Armed Police Headquarters, succumbed to cancer on August 27, 2024. The event was attended by Rachakonda Additional DCP Admin K. Sivakumar, Police Officers Association President CH. Bhadra Reddy, and family members.
