Rachakonda: Today Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat IPS CP Rachakonda flagged off a free ambulance service for the benefit of the poor arranged by PURE (People for Urban and Rural Education) an NGO in collaboration with a youth group Abhisti. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat IPS appreciated the initiative by PURE being coordinated by Mrs. Shyla Talluri from the United States of America and stated that the free ambulance service will be parked at the Area Hospital Vanasthalipuram at BN Reddy Nagar. The service would be extended up to a 50 km radius from the hospital for carrying patients to hospitals as well as for the last ride service. Mrs. Sandhya Gollamudi and Mr. VInil Reddy from PURE and Mrs. Swarna Latha, Mr. Anil, and Mr. Jagan from Abhisti were present on the occasion.
