Rachakonda: The sleuths of Uppal Police of Rachakonda Commissionerate have made sincere efforts on 13.7.2022 at 4:30 pm while performing vehicle checking found one person who was moving on a stolen Activa Motorcycle under suspicious circumstances at VT Kaman, Uppal, then the Police party stopped the vehicle and on questioning he revealed his identity and confessed 22 Automobile offences which was committed by him. The accused was identified as Vangala Raju(19) s/o Mallaiah, resident of Eatoor (V), Nagaram (M), Suryapet (D).
A case was registered at Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda. The police recovered Property which was worth Rs.13,50,000/-.
The offender Raju used to roam on the roads on different type of motorcycles, he will come to city in the night hours and search for the motorcycles at Bus stands, Metro stations, on observing the surroundings and in the absence of security guards he will commit the thefts of motorcycles by using false key and he will sell the stolen vehicles to Eatoor villagers by saying “he is working at private finance company as an agent and he purchased the vehicle from the finance company to the lower price and hand over the vehicle documents within a month after clearing the process in finance office “. Then he spent the amount for his lavish expenses.
Back ground of accused:
The offender Raju is one and only son to his parents, his father Mallaiah is an Ice-cream Vendor, his mother Chilkamma is an agricultural labor. His father got second marriage and living separately from them, he studied up to 8th standard, thereafter, he left his studies due to lack of interest and went to lighting work at Nagole, LB Nagar area and was earnings Rs.12,000/- per month, he was addicted all bad habits like consuming liquor, smoking cigarette etc.. His earnings are not sufficient for his lavish expenses; accordingly he decided to commit the offences to meet his lavish expenses.
Under the leadership of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS, Commissioner of Police and Mr. G Sudheer Babu IPS, Addl. Commissioner of Police Rachakonda, Ms. Rakshitha K. Murthy IPS, Malkajgiri Zone, Mr. Yadagiri IPS Crime DCP with the Supervision of Mr. P. Naresh Reddy, ACP Malkajgiri, Inspectors Mr. R. Govind Reddy SHO Uppal Police Station, Mr. D. Narsing Rao DI of Police, Uppal Police Station. Mr. S. Koteshwar Rao DSI and crime Team of Uppal Police Station nabbed the offender and detected the cases by the recovery of 22 motor cycles.
