Rachakonda: The sleuths of the CCS LB Nagar team along with Vanasthalipuram Police of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate have made sincere efforts on 4.2.2022 at morning hours to apprehend two professional house burglary offenders along with Atlas Cycle under suspicious circumstances under the limits of Vanasthalipuram Police Station. On questioning they revealed their names and also confessed the commission of the following property offenses: After that, they were sent to court for judicial remand. Later the Vanasthalipuram Police were taken the offenders into Police custody for 10 days from 7.2.2022 to 14.2.2022 to recover of case property at Murshidabad of West Bengal state. After taking police custody a team went to Murshidabad of West Bengal state and recovered 525 grams of gold ornaments. A case was registered at Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda.
The arrested accused are Rafikul Khan(33), Shaik Suraj(30), Anil Seetatam Bandger(46). The absconding accused are Nohin. The total cases confessed by the accused persons are 5 Grave and 9 non-grave cases: Vansthalipuram: 11 cases, Suryapet town 2 cases, and Rajendar Nagar 1 case.
The offenders Rafikul Khan, Suraj Shaik belong to the Murshidabad district of West Bengal state, neighboring villagers and became friends. Earlier they used to do mason work in their village, but they did not satisfy with the earnings. They decided to earn easy money by committing property offenses. As per their plan, they went to Kerala, Goa and Bangalore took rooms for rent, and committed property offenses. Later they came to Hyderabad took rooms in Weaker Section Colony, Sahebnagar areas, and also in Suryapet Town. They used to move in colonies for recce by walk and bicycle during day & night time, select the locked houses and break the main door lock, committed theft of Gold, Silver ornaments and net cash. In the year 2018 Rafikul Khan went to Murshidabad jail in Gaming Act and later he was bound over in Chennai city.
The offenders take a room in weaker section colony used to move in colonies for recce during day & night times by walk and bicycle, select the looked houses and break the main door or back door lock, commit theft of Gold, Silver ornaments and net cash. After committing 3 to 4 offenses the offenders used to go to their native place, Berhampore, Murshidabad district, West Bengal with booty by train, and after a few days they again come to Hyderabad by flight for committing offenses.
On 18-12-2021 at 2.30 pm when the complainant along with his family members went to Kothapet for shopping by locking their house. After completion of their shopping, they returned to their house at 8 pm and found that their house backside kitchen door lock was broken, clothes and other things were scattered in bedroom’s almirah. Later they observed that the 30 tulas of gold ornaments and net cash were stolen by unknown culprits.
The Police seized Gold Ornaments weighing 520 grams worth Rs.26, 25,000/-, 500 grams Silver Ornaments, Net Cash Rs.91,000/-, Two Mobile Phones worth Rs.20,000/-, Atlas Cycle worth Rs. 5,000/-, All worth Rs.27,16,000/-.
