Rachakonda: Basing on the reliable information, on 21.7.2022 the sleuths of SOT LB Nagar Zone team along with Meerpet Police apprehended the accused Kudiletti Vijay Kumar who is working as a Duty Medical Officer (M.D), Physician in RK Hospital, without any valid eligibility certificate and treating the innocent gullible patients. Basing on his lead police apprehended 2 other accused Mahboob Ali Junaid and Afroz Khan who provided fake MBBS Certificates to him by collecting Rs.6,50,000/- and seized the materials from them.
The Police seized the following Property from his possession: Fake MBBS and Other Certificates said to be issued from Kazan State Medical University of Russia; Fake MBBS Certificate of Graduation No.-1; Fake Certificates of Achievement No.-2; Fake Letter of Admission offer No.-1; Letter of Authorization No.-1; Medical council of India eligibility certificate No.-1; General medicine certificate No.-1; Fake digital Stamp of Dr. Vijay Kumar M.D. (Physician) No.-1; Fake Identity Cards & visiting card No.-2; Stethoscope No.-1; Passports No.-2; Fake Provisional National Trade Certificate No – 1; Cell Phones -3; One Car, and One Activa Bike.
The accused persons were identified as Kudiletti Vijay Kumar(36) s/o. Late.Ramulu, Mahboob Ali Junaid(38), s/o Mohammed Ahmed Ali, Afroz Khan(42) s/o Moin Khan. A case was registered against the accused under Sec 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act-1956 of Meerpet Police Station.
Kudiletti Vijay Kumar: He is native of Huzurnagar, Suryapret Dist. has completed his degree in B.Sc. through distance education from Acharya Nagrjuna University in the year 2014. (It has to be verified). Previously he worked in several hospitals as a compounder/ PRO. By taking it as an advantage he worked in medical field by assisting the doctors and hatched a plan to earn easy money by working as a Doctor by procuring fake MBBS certificates.
Two years ago, while he was working in Sigma Hospital. Dilsukhnagar as a Public Relation Officer, he got acquaintance with Afroz Khan, and requested him to provide a fake MBBS certificate. On that the accused Afroz contacted his friend Mahboob Ali Junaid and informed about the requirement of MBBS certificate to Vijay Kumar. Upon which the accused Junaid demanded Rs.8 Lakhs for providing fake MBBS Certificate and offered to give his share amount to Afroz. Accordingly the accused Vijay Kumar paid an amount of Rs.6.50,000/- to them and got fake MBBS and other certificates said to be issued from Kazan State Medical University of Russia.
By using the fake certificate Vijay Kumar worked in Life Care Hospital Uppal as a Medical officer for a period of 6 months during the period of COVID-19 and got salary of about Rs.60.000/- per month. Thereafter since last 6 months, he has been working in RK Hospital near Manda Mallamma X Roads as a Duty Medical Officer (M.D) Physician and was treating the innocent patients.
Mahboob Ali Junaid: He is Native of Mallepally, Hyderabad. He discontinued his Intermediate and completed Diploma in Computer (DCA & PGDCA) Applications and presently working as Computer Hard Ware Technician and eking his livelihood. He has good knowledge in software and Hardware. He used to download the formats of MBBS certificates through Google later downloads my Paint App and got prepared the fake MBBS and other certificates by entering the details through his i-Phone. He has collected Rs.4.5 Lakh from Vijay Kumar and provided fake MBBS certificate. Further he has collected the passport of Vijay Kumar with an assurance of getting Fake Immigration stamp (without Visiting Russia) and then to pay the remaining balance of Rs.1.5 Lakhs.
Another Provisional National Trade Certificate pertaining to Mohmmad Irfan was seized from his possession. As per his confession the said Irfan is presently working in UAE. (This is yet to be verified).
Afroz Khan:- He is Native of Pudur mandal, Vikarabad. He is a technician of CT Scan and other machines. He got acquaintance with Vijay Kumar while visiting the Sigma Hospitals. Dilsukhnagar for attending the repair works. He received Rs.2 Lakh from Junaid as commission.
The arrests of the accused were made under the direct supervision of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat. IPS., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, Mr. G. Sudheer Babu, IPS, Addl.
