Rachakonda: The Chaitanyapuri Police of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate has made sincere and strenuous efforts by pursuing the CCTV footage and with the help of technical support, arrested three interstate automobile offenders on 10.02.2022. A case was registered at Chaitanyapuri PS. Rachakonda.
The arrested accused are Guddati Mahesh Nuthan Kumar (28), Shaik Munwar alias Munna(35), Konda Sai Madan (21) all of Andhra Pradesh State.
Guddati Mahesh Nuthan Kumar s/o Laxmana Suri, age 28 years, is a notorious interstate habitual offender an Engineering graduate from Andhra Pradesh who has committed not only the offenses of cheating and thefts but involved in cybercrime also. He was previously arrested three times by different states police including Madhapur of Cyberabad. He belongs to Bheemavaram of Andhrapradesh State. Initially, he used to work as Mobile Technician at Bheemavaram. Later, he addicted to bad vices due to which financial problems started. To meet his financial needs and to satisfy his bad vices, he started committing property offenses. He is into hiring Cars and bikes from Zoom Cars, Drivezy, and Royal Brother Two Wheeler Self Drive give cars and bikes for rent. He steals Adhaar card, PAN card, driving license of roommates joining in private hostels or collect them in the name of offering Driver job and using it for renting 4 and 2 wheelers. After hiring vehicles he removes GPS from the vehicles and fleeing away with these vehicles. He is into replacing number plates of stolen vehicles with fake number plates and selling them at cheaper rates. Since 2016 15 cases were booked against him and in 2021 alone nine cases were booked in different metros of the country. Shaik Munwar alias Munna and Konda Sai Madan assisted Guddati Mahesh Nuthan Kumar in committing the offenses and also kept the stolen vehicles in their possession.
Guddati Mahesh Nuthan Kumar was previously, involved in 8 cases of Police Station Madhapur, Police Station Maharanipeta Police Station, Vizag City, Andhra Pradesh, Shilpur Police Station, Howrah District of West Bengal State, Police Station Palarivattom, Kochi City of Kerala State, Police Station Hinjewadi Police Station of Pimpiri Chinchwad District of Pune, Maharastra State, Police Station Rajajinagar of Bangalore City, Karnataka State, Anna Sagar Police Station of Rajamangalam District of Tamilnadu State, Hebbal Police Station of Mysore, Karnataka State. Till now, he was arrested four times, from Malakpet Police Station in the year 2017, from Bhimavaram in 2018, from SR Nagar in 2019, and from Madhapur on 31 March 2021.
After his release from jail, he again started committing the same offenses and committed theft of five four-wheelers and one two-wheeler after hiring them from Zoom Cars, Drivezy and Royal Brother Two Wheeler Self Drive by submitting fake ID cards. Guddati Mahesh Nuthan Kumar and Shaik Munwar alias Munna are his friends who belong to Bheemavaram and Konadapally of West Godavari District Andhra Pradesh state. He explained to them how he previously committed the offenses and motivated them to assist him in committing the offenses. In the thought of earning easy money, both of them joined him and committed theft of Five Four wheelers and One Two Wheeler along with him.
The police seized the following stolen property from the possession of the accused: One Creta Car Blue Colour Br. No. TS-07-UH-3656 – Chaitanyapuri PS (Rachakonda), One XUV-500 Car Br.No. AP 31 PP 4006- Mumbai Central (Mumbai), One XUV-500 Car – Bhuvaneswar (Odisha), One Creta Car White Colour Br.No. HR 16 W 3859-Pallavaram (Chennai), One Innova Crysta Car MH 02 ER 0419- Pune (Maharastra) 6] One Yamaha DUKE-200 Bike Br.No. TS 09 UD 1194 – Madhapur PS (Cyberabad).
Under the leadership of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS, Commissioner of Police, and Mr. G Sudheer Babu IPS Addl. Commissioner of Police Rachakonda, with the guidance of Mr. Sunpreet Singh IPS, DCP LB Nagar Zone, and under the supervision of Mr. P. Sreedhar Reddy, ACP LB Nagar, The team of Mr. B. Ravi Kumar, Inspector of Police, Mr. S. Madhu Sudhan, Detective-Inspector of Police, Mr. Mir Mudasir Ali, DSI of Police, and Crime Team of Chaitanyapuri Police Station arrested the offenders, detected seven cases, and recovered the above-mentioned property by exhibiting very good professionalism.
