Rachakonda: On 2.8.2022 at 2200 hours while conducting vehicle checking at Nadhi hotel, Wadi-E-Mustafa, Jalpally village Police Pahadishareef observed two persons on suspicious grounds who were proceeding on Burgman Scooty. On that they stopped the said vehicle and on searching them found a Sickle and two knifes with them. On questioning they did not give satisfactory answer. As such they were brought to Police station and on oral interrogation they revealed that one of the person’s name is Hussain Bin Salah Awalgi(44) alias Mosin S/o Salah bin Naser Awalgi, aged resident of R.R District and stated that he is doing real-estate business and he made friendship with one Shaik Afroz and Mohd Wajiduddin Siddiqui of Shaheen Nagar.
He used to purchase litigation houses and plots and settled the issues. If anybody creates trouble in plot and houses issues he settles the issue by threatening them along with Afroz. Similarly in the year 2019 he along with Afroz were involved in a murder case in plot issue and went to Jail from Balapur Police station. Again in the year 2021 he went to Jail for using deadly weapons to threaten another person in connection with the plot issue. There was a plot issue between his sister, her friend Bibi Sarah and one Farhan. In this regard. 5 days ago his sister went to the plot and asked him about the money, and he filed a case against his sister and some others at Pahadishareef Police Station.
Similarly, in the past, Farhan had taken possession of two or three plots in that area. He thought about the issue and decided to kill Farhan and take possession of the house and also other plots which are in Farhan’s possession. As part of that, he told his friends Afroz and Wajiduddin about four days ago and told them that if they come with him, he will give you 5 lakhs to kill Farhan and also gave Rs.5000/- each to them and also purchased two knives and four hunting knives at Murgi Chowk foot Path at Charminar to kill Farhan and kept Afroz, Wajiduddin and the sickle in his other house at Wadi e Mustafa. Later he thought that the three of them will not be enough to kill Farhan. He then called his brothers in law Shaik Abdul and Shaik Chotu from Nanded. Then all the five people together planned to kill Farhan. On 2.8.2022 at 7 PM he along with Afroz took two knives and kept one sickle in the dicky of the bike and waited for chance to attack Farhan and asked the other three associates to wait for their call with the sickles with them. On the way to Highway hotel when they reached Near Nadi Hotel Police were conducting vehicle checking and caught them suspiciously and brought them to Police Station.
Based on the contents of Mr. N. Bhaskar DSI, a case was registered at Pahadishareef Police Station of Arms Act and investigation was done into the case. Thereafter, the arrested accused persons were being produced before the Honorable court for judicial custody.
The accused persons were identified as Hussain Bin Salah Awalgi(44) S/o Salah bin Naser Awalgi; Shaik Afroj(32) S/o Shaik Afsar; Mohd Wajid Uddin Siddiqui(30) s/o Mohd Waheeduddin siddiqi; Shaik Abdul(24) s/o Shaik Nabi; Shaik Chotu(19) S/o Shaik Nabi. The property seized by the police from the possession of accused persons are Kniefs -2, Sickles -5, Burgman bike without number plate, Mobile Phones-2.
The arrest of accused was made under the supervision and directions of Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, Mr. Sunpreet Singh IPS, DCP LB Nagar Zone and under the directions of Mr. Venkanna, Asst. Commissioner of Police, l/c Vanasthalipuram Division, Mr. C. Venkateshwarlu, Inspector of Police, Pahadishareef Police Station, Mr. M. Kashivishwanath, DI, Mr. C. Venkataiah, Sl of Police and Mr. N. Bhaskar, DSI along with his team.
